Terms of Sale & Use

Please review these terms before you order or activate software.

Scope

These terms cover software purchased on MochiLab, including NColdWallet and AStockQuant. The price, supported platform, version and license type are shown on each product page and at checkout. Please read them before placing an order.

License and device

NColdWallet is a one-time purchase for permanent use on one computer. After your payment is confirmed, submit the machine code shown in the app through your MochiLab account. A signed registration code is issued for that machine. Do not share, resell or use a code on another computer. If your computer changes, contact us with your order details so we can review your case.

AStockQuant subscription

Choose a one-month, three-month or one-year term at checkout. Renewal requires a new order that you place yourself; there are no automatic charges. Confirmed renewal extends the later of the current expiry and the payment date. Access ends at expiry unless renewed. One account may register one computer; the app needs internet at startup and periodically while running. Contact support to request a change of computer.

Orders and payment

English checkout is priced in USD; Chinese checkout is priced in CNY. These are separate listed prices. You place the order on MochiLab, then pay on MochiPay’s hosted payment page at mochi.bz. Select the cryptocurrency and network carefully; MochiPay displays its payment instructions and converted amount. Online orders are marked paid after server verification with the payment provider; a MochiLab administrator may also confirm a waiting order manually with a recorded reason. Returning from the payment page alone does not confirm payment. NColdWallet has no recurring charges.

Delivery and updates

Download the Windows ZIP from Downloads or the relevant product page. After payment confirmation, submit the machine code in Account, obtain the registration code and activate the app. NColdWallet verifies its permanent license offline; AStockQuant checks its subscription online at startup and during use. A permanent license means the purchased version remains usable on the licensed computer; it does not promise unlimited future features or updates.

Refunds and problems

If a license cannot be delivered or the software has a problem, contact us with your order ID and a description. We review requests under the consumer laws that apply to the purchase. These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. Do not send your recovery phrase, private keys or registration code when asking for help.

Wallet use and responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding recovery phrases, private keys, backups and the details of any transaction you approve. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible. Review the network, recipient address, amount and fees before signing. Software information is not financial advice.

For an order or license question, email MochiLab Community and include your order ID. We may update these terms for future orders. The terms presented when you place an order govern that order, subject to applicable law.
