How MochiLab uses account, payment and activation data.

Who this covers

This notice explains how MochiLab handles information when you browse mochilab.bz, create an account, place an order or request a software registration code.

Information we use

We use your email address and a securely derived password value for account access; order details such as the product, listed amount, currency and payment status; your machine code and issued registration code for activation; and technical records needed for security and troubleshooting, such as server access logs. The language parameter in the URL selects the interface language. Do not submit a wallet recovery phrase or private key to the website or support.

Online license checks

For AStockQuant we store the registered machine code, a protected registration credential, subscription expiry and the time of the last online license check. The app sends its machine code and registration code over HTTPS when checking access. Administrator-approved device changes are recorded with the reason and prior machine code.

Why we use it

We use account information to authenticate you, order information to provide your purchase and confirm payment, and machine codes to issue a license for one computer. Technical records help protect and operate the service. We process information as needed to provide the service, meet applicable legal duties and protect the service.

Payment provider

When you continue to payment, MochiPay on mochi.bz handles the hosted payment page. We send the order reference, email address, amount, currency and selected cryptocurrency/network needed to create the payment. MochiPay has its own privacy practices; review its notice on the payment page before paying. We confirm payment status server to server.

Cookies and language

Account pages use cookies for login and security. URLs without a language parameter open in English; ?lang=zh opens in Chinese. Language selection does not require cookies or local storage. Disabling required login cookies may prevent access to account features.

Sharing and retention

We share payment data with MochiPay and information with infrastructure providers that operate the site. Processing locations may differ from your country. We keep account, order and license records for as long as needed to provide access, address support and meet applicable recordkeeping duties; security logs may be kept for operational needs. We do not ask for wallet recovery phrases or private keys.

Your requests and contact

You may ask to access, correct or delete account information, or ask about other rights available where you live. Some order records may need to be retained under law or for resolving an existing purchase. Contact us through MochiLab Community with your request; we may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
