Let AI work and voice alert you: plans, confirmation and task results

Set meeting and weekly alerts, monitor conditions, or have AI produce a file and notify you. Review intervals and model usage.

Say “Voice alert” in chat. Review the proposed content, time or condition, timezone and repeat rule. Reply “Confirm” in the next turn to enable it. Examples and discussion do not activate tasks.

  • “I have a meeting tomorrow at 2 PM. Voice alert me 15 minutes before.”
  • “Voice alert me Monday through Friday at 5:20 PM to pick up my child from school.”
  • “Check Alibaba stock (BABA) every 5 minutes. Voice alert me when it rises or falls 5% today.”
  • “Translate this English document into Chinese, save it as a file, and voice alert me when it is ready.”

Open Reminders → Automatic voice alerts to view and cancel tasks. Clearing chat does not cancel active alerts. BABA uses potentially delayed Yahoo Finance public USD quotes, compared with the previous trading close, checked at the confirmed interval (5 minutes by default) during the regular US session and a 20-minute delayed-close window. Each direction alerts once per US trading day. There is no trading functionality or real-time market-data guarantee. Enable assistant reminders and keep the server and phone connected.

Quote-monitoring plans show the check interval (1–1440 minutes, suggested 5). Scheduled quote retrieval and threshold calculations use no model calls. Work such as analysis, translation or a report uses the workspace model once per scheduled run.

Recurring work, then an alert

For example: "Every day at8 AM, check the weather and voice alert me to bring an umbrella if rain is forecast." The plan must state the time, timezone, repeat days, work and notification condition. After confirmation, the server runs that work through the workspace model and tools. Open Reminders → Automatic voice alerts → View latest result for the output and files. Model analysis consumes usage per run; fixed quote polling and threshold calculations use no model calls.
